Shipping & Business Policy

This policy applies to supplies made to our franchise partners, distributors and other business customers.

Who we supply

We supply medicines only to parties holding the licences required by law, such as a valid wholesale drug licence, and after completing our registration process.

Orders and dispatch

• Orders are confirmed by our team with the product list, quantities and pricing.
• Dispatch timelines are shared when the order is confirmed and depend on stock availability and location.
• Goods are dispatched through transport or courier partners with an invoice and batch details.

Freight

Freight and transit terms are agreed with each partner and mentioned in the order confirmation or agreement.

Receiving goods

Please check the consignment on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs and invoice details.
