Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for supplies to our business partners.

Damaged, wrong or short supply

If you receive damaged products, the wrong products or a short quantity, inform us promptly with the invoice number, batch details and photographs. After verification we will arrange a replacement, credit note or refund as appropriate.

Expiry and breakage

Returns of expired or near-expiry stock and breakage are handled according to the terms agreed with each partner.

Items that cannot be returned

Products that have been stored incorrectly, tampered with, or returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued as a credit note against future orders or by bank transfer, as agreed with the partner.
